1. Service Overview

NEXT TREND SPORTS TECH Co. Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "we") provides users with artificial intelligence (AI) biomedical-related products and services (hereinafter referred to as "Services"), including but not limited to gait screening and analysis modules, motor function assessment systems, rehabilitation training guidance, etc. The specific service content shall be subject to the display on our official website and the agreement between both parties.

We reserve the right to optimize, upgrade or adjust the service content according to technological development, market demand and changes in laws and regulations.

2. User Eligibility and Obligations

User Eligibility

• Users shall be natural persons with full capacity for civil conduct, legally established legal persons or other organizations.
• Medical institution users shall possess legitimate practice qualifications.
• Users shall provide true, accurate and complete information when registering.

User Obligations

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations, these Service Terms and relevant product usage specifications.
• Properly keep identity credentials such as account numbers and passwords, and be responsible for all operations performed using their accounts.
• Use the Services and related products reasonably, shall not intentionally damage or tamper with product equipment or software programs.
• Respect our intellectual property rights, and shall not copy, reproduce, crack, or reverse engineer our products and algorithms.
• Biomedical-related data provided shall be true and valid.

3. Our Rights and Obligations

• Provide products and services in accordance with these Terms, and reserve the right to reasonably adjust service content.
• If a user is found to be in violation, we have the right to suspend or terminate the Services.
• Use anonymized and de-identified data for product optimization, in compliance with the Privacy Policy.
• Intellectual property rights in assessment reports and data results generated in the course of providing Services.

4. User Data Ownership

Users shall retain ownership of the original biomedical data generated, uploaded or provided through our products or Services.

We shall have legitimate right to use and related intellectual property rights in the derived data generated through algorithm models and technical processing, excluding parts involving personal identification information.

Users have the right to independently dispose of their original data (including inquiry, copying, export, deletion, etc.) through official channels.

5. Service Usage Specifications

• Users shall operate the products in accordance with product specifications and user guides.
• Our products and Services are only for health assessment and rehabilitation guidance purposes, and do not constitute medical diagnosis advice.
• Users shall not use the Services for illegal purposes such as commercial promotion or illegal dissemination.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

We shall have complete intellectual property rights in the software programs, algorithm models, product designs, textual content, graphical interfaces, etc. related to the Services, protected by international intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We shall not be liable for service interruptions or user losses caused by force majeure, network failures, or other reasons not attributable to us.
• The assessment data and reports provided by the products are for reference only.
• Users shall bear all losses caused by their own irregular use.
• Our liability for compensation shall be limited to users' direct actual losses.

8. Suspension and Termination

Users may apply for account cancellation and service termination. If a user violates these Terms, we have the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate the Services. We may terminate Services with 30 days' notice due to business adjustments.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Service Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to arbitration or file a lawsuit with the competent court.
